• We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office. Patients will also find On-site hand washrooms that we will ask them to use before and after appointments.

Our offices have always been among the safest places to be in terms of cleanliness and sanitization, as we sanitize between each patient. In addition to our normal sanitation procedures, we are performing more frequent cleanings and disinfecting all surfaces.
+ PATIENT EVALUATION
The dentist must be able to identify a suspected case of infection by
COVID19. In general, those patients who currently have fever do not go to the consultation. So it is important to ask some questions,
even in the small anamnesis made by phone, in order to collect
fundamental information that makes us suspicious.
+ FOR THE RECEPTION OF THE PATIENT:
The dental center staff will place a dose of antibacterial gel /
alcohol in the patient's hands.
You will quickly take your temperature with a close-up thermometer.
Will carry out a questionnaire to determine risk factors.
+ QUESTIONS FOR PATIENTS
Do you have or have you had a fever in the last 15 days?
Have you had breathing problems (including cough) in the past 15
Have you traveled to risky countries in the last 15 days? (BEING THOSE OF
HIGHEST RISK: SPAIN, ITALY AND THE UNITED STATES)
Have you been in contact with people who have had fever pictures,
cough and / or respiratory distress in the last 15 days?
+ WAITING ROOM
Shall be kept ventilated.
Minimum amount of objects that patients can touch.
Maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 meters.
Request that they come unaccompanied.
+ WORK ENVIRONMENT PREPARATION
Perform disinfection by friction of surfaces, using 70% alcohol or
0.5% sodium hypochlorite.
